Shipping and return of your package
For products in stock, packages are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via DPD (exapacq), DHL, La Poste, with a tracking number that will be sent to you by email and delivered upon signature. In case of stock shortage (indicated in the descriptions) or for the personalized products, an additional delay will be necessary, being able to go until 45 days after validation of the files, for the personalized products. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to the total weight of the package. Additional taxes may apply for certain destinations (outside the EU, DOM-TOM) The logistics and the preparation of the parcels is entrusted to FMS, an adapted company: Created at the end of 2007, FaCylities Multi Services (called FMS) is an Adapted & Solidary Company partner of the logistic means, data processing and EPI of companies and communities. FMS has set up a system of social inclusion and promotion of people with disabilities through sustainable employment.
Picking up your parcel on site
It is in the premises of FMS, located in Soorts-Hossegor, in the Landes (40), that you will be able to recover your parcel, within two working days after reception of the payment, subject to the availability of the product (indicated at the time of the order).
Retour de votre colis
In the event that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, all the necessary information for the return of the product will be communicated to you via the withdrawal form, available from your customer account (by clicking on your name at the top right). In accordance with the law in force, included in the general conditions of sale. But we would be sorry... and surprised!
